What we collect

Account details (email, username, date of birth), token purchases and spending, chat and messages, IP addresses and device information. For performers: legal name, ID document, selfie with ID, ID number and bank details for payouts.

Why

To run the service, prevent fraud, meet age-verification and record-keeping duties, pay performers, and keep the platform safe.

Who sees it

Only staff who need it. Performer ID documents are seen only by the verification team. We share data with payment processors and authorities only where needed or legally required.

Your country

We work out which country you are in from your IP address, so models can choose not to show to some countries. We use the free DB-IP database for this: IP Geolocation by DB-IP (licensed CC BY 4.0).

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to legal retention duties. Contact our Information Officer.
